The RTM is unique in a way as all the special after-birth conditions - so-called postnatal variables – are taken into consideration, just like the mental, hormonal and physical changes and problems of the fresh mums.
The follow-up, continuous support, personalized exercises and progressive load are all ensured within the program. The RTM is a type of workout – we give weekly lessons for all the trainees, as well as homework for the participants.

Preconditions:
- medical, health care or fitness studies.
The instructor training has theoretical and practical modules.

- Postnatal studies
- Rectus diastasis regeneration
- RTM exercises
- Pelvic floor exercises
- KinesioTape (for diastasis recti only!)
2 days instructor training, 3 exams after self-study period
