RTM – Abdominal regeneration
We recommend you the 8-week beginner program if
- you have diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
- you go back to workout after giving birth
- you are a beginner in workout
It is very important for you to know, what has happened in your body, and how you can live and do your workout with it, in order to prevent future problems that may occur.
During your 8-week-program you can learn all the customized exercises from well-educated trainers in a safe environment, with continuous follow-up.
Either you participate the 8-week program or just pop in for one session we really take care of the proper execution of the exercises, the postnatal variables and the pelvic floor routine.
