RTM – Core program
A complex, advanced abs workout program, what suits both men and women. You can start it if you do not have abs separation, or your diastasis recti is regenerated (less than 2 cm and you want strong core muscles and/or a six-pack in a controlled and safe way.)
Pelvic floor exercises are part of the program for all the ladies, as well as learning the proper stretching technique for the flexible and healthy muscles.
